He took the time to show me the car and test drive. We explore options and he was candid enough to suggest things that made sense and that didn’t not when configuring the car. He managed my expectations throughout the process and delivered a newer car model for the same price! I am as very pleasantly surprised. He continues to connect with me postsale so clearly his relationship with clients does not end with the sale. I highly recommend this place! More

SUPPER SATURDAY! Went with a friend to do some car shopping. We decided to stop at EuroMotorcars. We looked in the showroom for various models of Mercedes-Benz cars Went with a friend to do some car shopping. We decided to stop at EuroMotorcars. We looked in the showroom for various models of Mercedes-Benz cars. Loved many of the models but had to consider the expense! Then we happened to meet Evan Kalos . He suggested a model we were looking at but was a pre-certified model with low mileage. We went to look at the car and test drove it. The car exceeded our expectations. Evan 's professionalism and knowledge on the cars was outstanding. He worked with us without pressure. We thought about the purchasing of the car over the weekend and called Evan when we decided to do it. He supported us throughout the process - from the beginning to the end with the same professionalism we encountered when we first met him. It was a pleasure doing business with Evan Kalos. We have had our fair share of shady, overbearing, high pressured experiences when car shopping in the past. This was not the case here at Euro Motorcars. After travelling in a VW Camper for the last 20 years, we decided it was time to upgrade to a campervan that was newer and bigger. We were not sure if we would be buying off a dealer lot or ordering a 2018 4x4 Sprinter crew van. In February, we had contacted several dealers hunting for the van that we would be able to convert ourselves into a camper. Thank goodness we called Euro Motorcars. From the first interaction with Jay Posnack back in February till picking up the Sprinter (that we ordered from the factory) in July, we have had a hassle free, positive experience. To earn our business, Jay played NO games and provided us with a great deal. He had our best interest in mind from the start, and made us feel that he was working for us...not the dealership. He was down to earth, easy to talk to and was able to provide valuable insight on the different options available for us to choose from. He always kept us in the loop and answered every single email we sent over the 5 month span. We arrived in a rental car on the big day. We were amazed at how big and clean the dealership was. Our van was sitting there waiting for us, nice and detailed with a full tank of gas (that was a nice touch Euro Motorcars). Jay made sure we were well versed in all of the van's features and components. All the paperwork went smooth and hassle free with Paul Moss in the finance department. When we were finally on our way, Jay insisted we follow him to Budget to drop off our rental car and then he led us to the highway.
