Joe DeCarolis was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and truly mad I could not be more happy with my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Devon! Joe DeCarolis was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and truly made the car buying experience enjoyable. He was very patient with me and took the time to show me my options. He answered all of my questions and most importantly, he was honest which I never felt at other dealers. I could tell he cared about building a relationship with his customers, not just a quick sale. I ended up ordering a car and I was on a bit of a time crunch as my current lease was coming to an end. Joe made sure that I had my car on time and had a great deal waiting for me when I got to the dealership. He continues to follow up with me and check how things are going. I absolutely love my car. My overall experience at the dealership and with Joe far exceeded my expectations and was truly amazing customer service. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to Joe! More

Better than best! I had been shopping for a new car lease and went to a ew dealerships. One in particular made me fee like I could not afford the car I was test drivin I had been shopping for a new car lease and went to a ew dealerships. One in particular made me fee like I could not afford the car I was test driving. I walked into the Euromotors Mercedes Benz dealership and Joseph Decarolis took care of me from that point on. He took the time to show me the car and test drive. We explore options and he was candid enough to suggest things that made sense and that didn’t not when configuring the car. He managed my expectations throughout the process and delivered a newer car model for the same price! I am as very pleasantly surprised. He continues to connect with me postsale so clearly his relationship with clients does not end with the sale. I highly recommend this place! More

SUPPER SATURDAY! Went with a friend to do some car shopping. We decided to stop at EuroMotorcars. We looked in the showroom for various models of Mercedes-Benz cars Went with a friend to do some car shopping. We decided to stop at EuroMotorcars. We looked in the showroom for various models of Mercedes-Benz cars. Loved many of the models but had to consider the expense! Then we happened to meet Evan Kalos . He suggested a model we were looking at but was a pre-certified model with low mileage. We went to look at the car and test drove it. The car exceeded our expectations. Evan 's professionalism and knowledge on the cars was outstanding. He worked with us without pressure. We thought about the purchasing of the car over the weekend and called Evan when we decided to do it. He supported us throughout the process - from the beginning to the end with the same professionalism we encountered when we first met him. It was a pleasure doing business with Evan Kalos.
