He had been instrumental for keeping it running for that long. He introduced us to Eric Scott in sales. Eric could not have been more knowledgeable or helpful or made the purchasing process any easier. He listened to our "wish list". He discussed our options. He took the time to make sure we understood everything. We never felt rushed or pressured during the process. He followed up with us afterwards to make sure we understood all the features of our car and answered the questions that did come up. Never has buying a new car been a more pleasant experience. We can't recommend Eric highly enough. More
Bought my first Benz from Euro Motorcars in 1990. Still have it. No one other than a mechanics at Euro has ever touched that car, or any other the others that I have bought (all from Euro) since. To say th have it. No one other than a mechanics at Euro has ever touched that car, or any other the others that I have bought (all from Euro) since. To say that I trust this dealership is an understatement. They understand customer service and what it means to have a satisfied, repeat customer. My service manager, Doug Barnes, stands out. Always helpful, always goes the extra mile; service with a personal touch. Recently, Doug was out and his replacement was Greg Cherry. I had a service issue and I wondered if Greg could possibly be the equal of Doug in terms of getting it right. Well, guess what? He is. Proves to me that Euro has infused its entire service team with the "care" gene. Way to go, Euro Motorcars. Five stars for you! More

This was my first experience with a Mercedes dealership, and I have to say it was by far the best car buying experience. The entire process from start to finish was exceptional. Eric Scott was absolutely amazing- helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Most importantly, he truly listens to every detail. I absolutely love my car! If you want to deal with a professional who will not hassle you, then call Eric Scott at Euro Motorcars Bethesda. You won’t regret it! He gives you his honest opinion and that means a lot. He never made me feel overwhelmed from the first time I started dealing with him which was last year when I first ordered my car. He listened and truly understood all of my concerns. Prior to me coming into the dealership to pick up my car, Eric and I went over the figures and when I got to the dealership, the figures was just as we discussed. Eric never rushed me and spent a great deal of time with me in making the right decision. Eric called me two days later to check to see if I had any more questions about the car and how things was coming along. The entire process was painless. I would recommend Eric Scott to any prospective buyer. More

Given his extensive knowledge of the MB vehicles, the latest options offered, and the sales process, he provided great advice and recommendations that never felt overbearing. Most importantly, he listened and understood what was truly important to me (sometimes reading between the lines). My biggest concern as part of the sales process has always been feeling and knowing that I am getting a good deal for what is being offered. Eric was very forthcoming and went over the details of the sale. Together we reviewed my priorities and looked at what made the most sense. He made the return of my previous vehicle and the pick-up of my new vehicle easy, seamless, and painless – a truly pleasurable experience on an early Saturday morning. In the end I know I picked the right dealership because of Eric’s involvement in the sale and got the right deal that made the most sense. Thanks to Eric “I will be back…”. More

My wife and I just took delivery of a beautiful black GL350 Bluetec, handled by our wonderful saleslady Boba Radulovic, who really knew the vehicle inside and out. She treated us like a king and queen, and showed us around the entire dealership (with a very impressive collection of high-end and AMG offerings), and the service department. We had come late, but she and the sales manager, Randy Merry, stayed well past closing time to help us out with paperwork and ensure that everything went smoothly. Every step of the way, everyone involved was courteous and professional, including the financing business manager Sudhir Katyal. I wish everyone coming through this dealership could get this wonderful mix of personnel. If you're in the market for a new Mercedes, the experience at Euromotorcars is unequaled. By the way, the we've had the GL350 for a couple of weeks now and we love it. We previously had a 2012 GL450, but this new generation is superior in every way, from build quality to comfort to features. The diesel version is surprisingly fun to drive, thanks to lots of immediately available low-end torque. This thing is definitely a "highway star" -- achieving triple-digit speeds is shockingly easy, and overtaking is smooth (and in most cases does not require a downshift, whereas the GL450 would kick down 3 gears and rev to 5000 rpm for sufficient passing power). With 455 lb-ft of torque, this has about 50 more lb-ft that the GL450 as well. As a bonus, we are able to consistently get 22-23 mpg in mixed driving (although let's be honest, you don't buy an SUV in this class in order to save fuel). Even with the current prices of diesel, you can end up saving $800-$1000 per year over the gasoline version. That's enough for a nice weekend shopping trip. :-) More

It started with an interesting used Volvo V70 with a good price tag. But then, in short, I backed up from the deal due to the way the seller treated me - I felt like I had to beg them to sell me the car no m price tag. But then, in short, I backed up from the deal due to the way the seller treated me - I felt like I had to beg them to sell me the car no matter what! It just does not work like that. It started with a two day late generic, meaningless email. Here's what happened. It was all nice and sweet with the test drive. I returned home and called back the dealership the same night to let them know I'm going to take the car. The seller argued the price went up since the afternoon because Euro Motorcars "needs to adjust to the national average". OK, it turns out national average on twenty 2010 volvo V70 available in the entire US ( I checked!) suddenly rose by $1000! By the way, the number of V70's available has not changed... But yes, we can talk about the "old" price. I was told to talk to a loan person. It was a difficult conversation so I decided to obtain an approval letter from my bank. I call again, say I have the loan and want to reserve the car for the day after tomorrow. Guess what - now he suddenly recalled that I cannot reserve a used car! He did not mention that before I contacted my bank! Oh, and one more thing: someone else is coming tomorrow to see the car and if they don't take it, it's yours. I wanted to do a deposit to hold it, anything, but I only hit a wall. I felt very disappointed and thought they assumed I was will do whatever to get the car. Well, I won't. I want to be respected and I am fully convinced it is the dealership's job to take care of the customer - not the opposite! Next day I went to another dealer to see the second choice car once again. I liked it, I liked they way they talked to me, too. They said a handshake is enough for them to hold the car reserved for two days despite extreme interest in those (I confirm that, I saw it). No deposit needed, no loan approval (which I already had from the bank anyway). A handshake - that's what trust and partnership I would expect from a premium car dealer! So it all ended with me taking the other car, for more money, from other volvo people who are actually worth doing business with. Unfortunately, now that I let the Euro Motorcars know I did not keep my interest in their offer, weird stuff started. My phone and email are now getting spam offers from everyone selling cars in the region (from website I have not visited for car search). In bursts, every minute I get a new promise of contact regarding 2011 BMW, 1994 Acura, 2021 Lexus etc. - you get it. Then, each dealer attempts to call me. Since the requests are done in series, minute apart, I am sure it is done manually. Regretfully, I am afraid it is done by my Euro Motorcars seller. This convinces me that I made the right decision of not wanting to deal with Euro Motorcars again. I wish you, kind reader, to stay away from them. More
