Our first two experiences were less than stellar - a dealer raising his voice during a price negotiation and another taking a derogatory tone are poor starts to the sale of a high line vehicle. We called Mercedes Benz in Silver Spring. Bijan Nejadi was the first to respond to our inquiry and invite us to visit. Upon arrival, he greeted us warmly and was very professional. The negotiation took no more than 10 minutes; he was both efficient and respectful. We can easily say the same for his colleagues.
