Your service rep Ryan is excellent (14 yrs experience). Some of the new guy are not good at all, but I can always count on Ryan. Though a very intermittent problem could not be diagnosed when I took the car in for replacement of an antenna in the bumper, he was very reassuring in dealing with me.
