My salesman, Bob DeNella was actually the best I have ever encountered. Polite, Professional, Pleasant, Knowledgeable, and most importantly, didn't waste my time. He asked the right questions, made a few great suggestions , showed me the inventory in my price range and needs, and we closed the deal. He stayed with me while the paperwork was being prepared, walked with me to the finance office, introduced me to them, came back and checked on me...I tell ya, this man is wonderful and an asset to your company. I was out of there with my new car in a little over 2 hours...this is unheard of..Never in my life have I gone to a dealship and got out of there in under 5 hours...And NEVER again will I go to another dealership.
