With few exceptions, car salespeople lack knowledge of cars, sales and their ethics are almost always murky, an understatement. They also rarely follow up. My Ettleson rep, Jorge Garcia, was by far the most knowledgeable, forthright and accommodative salesperson I have ever met. He is the reason Ettleson got the business. I visited Ettleson several times before connecting with Garcia during the year prior to the deal and none of them were in his league nor did they follow up with me. One was actually lazy. Ettleson is lucky to have Garcia. I would hire him in a second. Fantastic Dorian was our salesman. He was very nice, My dad has bought many cars through him, and he helped me get my car as well. He was able to answer any que Dorian was our salesman. Normally the process of buying a new car, in my experience, is a long, sometimes all day thing, Dorian helped us quickly and efficiently, I was there maybe 4 hours at the most, and it was fantastic. tricky in terms of pricing the sales manager and I agreed upon a final price. but when we talk about financing, I realized I could not take advantege of the 0% 48 month offer be the sales manager and I agreed upon a final price. but when we talk about financing, I realized I could not take advantege of the 0% 48 month offer because they already count the $500 offer into the final price. Then I was forced to (1) give up the $500 or (2) do a regular financing which could be ~3%. This is tricky! Not very happy about this. More

Very Bad Customer Service I got a fuel pump put in my 2010 accent 11/14/2014. Last night 10/14/2015 fuel pump burned out. Not even a yr old,and only 5,200 miles put on car sinc I got a fuel pump put in my 2010 accent 11/14/2014. Last night 10/14/2015 fuel pump burned out. Not even a yr old,and only 5,200 miles put on car since fuel pump put in! I was told because my car is out of warrenty 8/14/2015 so is the fuel pump. So I have to pay to get another fuel pump put back into my car. Per ettleson's sevice manager(Ryan ?) their is nothing he can do about it and just because another place says it's the fuel pump doesn't really mean its so. I paid 101 dollars to get car towed to good yr last night and now ettleson tells me to get it towed to them and they will see if in fact it is fuel pump and if it is I would still have to pay for it, end of story. I then called Family hyundai were I usually bring my car,and bought it there. John tried to get this problem remedied. With discounts which I appreciate his time, but because I didn't originally didn't pay for the pump, I can't use the pump's warrenty 12 mos/12,000 miles of which it was 11mos/5,200 miles since pump put in. Supposely when I bought the car it had a lifetime warrenty,must be certain things. I know customer service isn't anything any business cares about but you would think they could have done something,paid for towing,the part and I'd pay for service. Very disappointed. My car is only 5yrs old and I've already had it towed 2x and put in 1,500 dollars that wasn't scheduled maintenace. Oh yes and no call back from Todd. More
