I purchased the vehicle on Aug 19 2023 from Angelo (maybe misspelled but his office is the first one on right after entering). The overall purchase process was good. But when I was about to drive out of door, some defect was found and finally I decided to leave the car fixed first before driving it. I was told that I will get the car Monday or Tuesday next week. That's fine. The fact was that I did not get the car until Thursday next week. After getting the car, I texted Angelo if I would be expected to receive some sort of compensated way owing to the inconvenience being caused including the time delay (not just the delay owing to defect but also the delay from Monday/Tuesday to Thursday) and was told by him that "I will talk to my boss and let him know what we discussed". After that, I followed up with him by texting twice: once later on the same day and second time on Aug 31 but have not got any feedback since then. I don't know what is happening but was very pissed about that attitude after sale. Actually I believe this is also one component of sale process. More
