Happy with the new car and the the overall experience at Ettleson. I appreciate the openness and transparency from Frank (general manager) and the entire team during our negotiations and closing of this Ettleson. There were some issues with the rebate program offered by other companies, but Frank kept his word and honor de entire deal. I do recommend Ettleson for anyone looking for a great car dealer in the Chicago area. More

I did not come to Ettleson Buick. I went to Ettleson Cadillac. I thought I could get a better deal than I did. I knew I had to either new lease a Caddy or keep a 3 year old car, whic I went to Ettleson Cadillac. I thought I could get a better deal than I did. I knew I had to either new lease a Caddy or keep a 3 year old car, which I didn't agree with because of the high price quoted me. After much thought, I never saw how the discounts were figured in and now wonder if they actually were figured into the $699 monthly payment. I very much dislike dealing with a Buick I feel is not up to the standard of a Cadillac for 3 years when I think I was rushed, as well as not being privileged to see the computation that lead up to $699 monthly for a car that I really wanted. More
