Had to go back twice for one problem. Went twice for one problem. I didn't believe the explanations I got, to me it sounded like an excuse without admitting a fault. When vehicle is finished Adviser comes and get explains what was done and the costs. Explains things that will/may need attention etc.. I then go out and get my washed car. More
