Bad customer service When I set up the appointment to have my car serviced, I asked over the phone how do I go about securing a loaner vehicle. Upon arrival on the day of When I set up the appointment to have my car serviced, I asked over the phone how do I go about securing a loaner vehicle. Upon arrival on the day of service, I was told that I had to reserve a loaner vehicle prior to arrival, and that they did not have any available. After service was complete, I returned to the gentleman (I think his name was Brian), to retrieve my vehicle. I said to him that I received a message on my phone that my vehicle was ready, and that I was here to pick it up, he just looked at me and pointed me in the direction of the sales clerk. Once at the sales clerk desk, she didn’t ask me I help you or anything, but just stared with a frown until I told her my name and that I was here to pick up my vehicle. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.. once home I noticed scratches/scrapes on the passenger side of my front door, like someone opened another car door, scraping my door with it. Didn’t report it since I had already pulled off the lot with it, knowing that the conversation would probably go in another direction since I left the dealership. Never experienced service like this before. More
