Our experience with the dealership was positive. Everyone was courteous and friendly. Randy was very pleasant. Our only complaint is that we only received one fob & were told that they would try to get the second fm the previous owner. We have not heard fm anyone about that. Because we paid what you were asking for the car, we feel that this is the dealerships responsibility. We did not find out about the second fob missing until our deal was completed & we were ready to leave with the car. More
