We went there only to browse the new Yukon's, and Ray showed us a used Cadillac Escalade that was just brought to the lot. It had everything we wanted and more, in terms of features, and the price and mi showed us a used Cadillac Escalade that was just brought to the lot. It had everything we wanted and more, in terms of features, and the price and mileage were low. We ended up spending about 4 hours at the dealership as we worked through some missing title issues, and the entire time Ray was friendly and made us feel comfortable. At the end of the deal he gave us a great, thorough review of all of the features. We would absolutely recommend Ettleson to friends and would welcome the opportunity to work with Ray again in the future. More
I walked into the dealership to ask about lease information and I ask for a saleman. What a great experience! My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle and we thought we'd check out what Cadillac had to offer. We stopped off at Heritage first. Huge mistake! We walked around outside looking at cars for at least 20 minutes without so much as a greeting from any of the sales staff. When we entered the showroom to talk to one of the sales staff, they acted like we were bothering them! It was a Monday afternoon and there weren't any other customers... So we went to see what Ettleson had to offer. When we pulled into the lot, we not only had one, but two salesmen greet us and ask what type of car we were interested in. Once we told them we were interested in a SUV, Ray had a demo brought up right away for us to test drive. Needless to say, we fell in love with the SRX and the buying process couldn't have been smoother. No sales BS, or any of the typical "let me talk to my manager" sales tactics usually associated with buying a car. The biggest decision we had to make was what color we wanted. Ray was knowledgeable about the equipment on the car, straight-forward on the financing, professional and courteous. Great dealership and wonderful salesman = a very happy buyers. Mike (sorry I don't remember his last name) our salesman was great. He was very friendly, informative, and not your typical pushy car dealer type. Bill the finance guy was the same way. Bill made sure to explain everything clearly, including extended warrenty options. No pressure, no hassles. Only complaint is time. The whole thing from testdrive to purchase was over 5 hrs, which seemed really long to me. 2 hrs was just to clean/detail the car! Overall though I was pleased with the service and would buy a car from them again. More
