We went there only to browse the new Yukon's, and Ray showed us a used Cadillac Escalade that was just brought to the lot. It had everything we wanted and more, in terms of features, and the price and mi showed us a used Cadillac Escalade that was just brought to the lot. We ended up spending about 4 hours at the dealership as we worked through some missing title issues, and the entire time Ray was friendly and made us feel comfortable.
