Ray answered all our questions with "I want what's best for you!" and that is the theme he continued with throughout, i have been a sales professional for 35 years and my success is based on this same simple approach. RAY SAVED THE DAY!!!! I have been coming to Ettelson for years on the service side as I appreciate their honesty and customer service. My old Cadillac served me well but it I have been coming to Ettelson for years on the service side as I appreciate their honesty and customer service. My old Cadillac served me well but it died last weekend. Peter and Randy were extremely helpful in towing and letting me know the options for repairing my old car. Unfortunately because of the age and milage, fixing it was unfeasible. I have never in my wildest dreams considered buying a new car but after talking to Ray, he talked me through all of the options available and leasing was the best option for me. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient. He was able to answer all of my questions and he made the car buying experience a pleasure. Ray told me that anytime I need anything (i.e. scheduling maintenance ) to call him. Rob on the financing side was extremely friendly and explained all of the paperwork thoroughly. He very patiently walks you through all of the forms that need to be signed and answers any questions you may have with ease. I really appreciate the great customer service I have received from Ettelson over the years. Now, if someone can get Ray some window tinting in his office...... :) More

No hassle, friendly and caring spirit. I went to Rizza in Orland last month and left there wanting to call the BBB. I called the manager and had to leave a message telling him how poor my service was, he called back two days later and just brushed my complaints off. Like visiting family My wife and I walked into Ettleson just window shopping, and were greeted by a guy named Ray Gandurski. It was like running into a long-lost uncle. My wife and I walked into Ettleson just window shopping, and were greeted by a guy named Ray Gandurski. It was like running into a long-lost uncle. Ray is a wonderfully warm person, highly knowledgeable on his products, and laser-focused on what the customer wants-- nothing like the stereotypical car salesman. After shopping 6 other dealers, we returned and bought a new Cadillac from Ray. He gave me the best new car familiarization training I've ever had (which you really need with these complex cars). In the process we also met Sales GM Frank Amadeo and Bob Scumaci. All of them were a pleasure to deal with and made us feel right at home. This was easily the best car-buying experience I've ever had, even with the amazingly greater amount of paperwork that is now required. I'll be back to buy my next car here. More
