Recently, Andy chauffeured me back to the Chicago Laborers' District Council (with courtesy and professionalism) in time to make my 8:00 AM meeting. Ettleson's then made sure I was notified of any work performed on the vehicle, and asked if I also needed a return ride back to the dealership. I highly recommend Ettleson's in Countryside, IL. Too much one-sided information Sched an oil change & follow up on an AC recharge for my 2013 Enclave. Took 2.5 hours. They rotated my tires w.o. asking (I had them done 2 mos. prior Sched an oil change & follow up on an AC recharge for my 2013 Enclave. Took 2.5 hours. They rotated my tires w.o. asking (I had them done 2 mos. prior). Said I needed new rear evaporator & blower motor (due to size of new replacement evap) $1450+ Recommended brake job $800+ Total estimate almost $2400. As lot to process and review as a result of an oil change appointment. I'll have to rely strictly on my neighborhood mechanic from now on. More

While fixing the bumper you chipped paint and did not fix it hoping we're going to take it and not notice it. Finally you fixed it but you had a big problem about it.
