Did NOT even top off the fluids after Oil change. Typical after Group 1 bought this place. Had transmission service done and did t even make it out of parking lot until the torque converter went out. Had my fuel tank dropped and they didn’t reconnect the filler hose so I dumped fuel all over the 7-11. All they did today while I waited 2 plus hours was some gal talking about all she eats is popcorn. Pathetic. More
It is always busy here, but, everyone is always pleasant, and they take care of any issues with my car. I checked in for an oil change and told David I had a time limit. He did a great job getting me out close to the time that I needed, closed me out quickly, and even ran to bring my car around. It may not be the best experience to go to a dealer to purchase a car for obvious reasons. I would like to share my car buying experience at this dealership. December 2023 I purchased a new Corvette from them. The only positive thing I can say is my sales guy. Marcus was wonderful to deal with and the finance manager was a pleasure to deal with as well. I had pre-ordered my car with them and locked in a price When my car came in it was I believe $2200 more but since I had locked it in ahead of time. I was supposed to pay the original price that we agreed on when my car arrived at the dealership. I spoke to the manager on the phone and he said that the price went up on the car and I did not lock it in on time however I had all the documents and we kept going back-and-forth and I told the salesman that I wouldn’t take the car because it’s about the principle of you guys not honoring What we agreed on. Then the manager agreed to give me the car for the agreed price so I drove the two hours over there and when I got there, he decided to play the game again about not giving me the car for that price going back-and-forth. Would you be willing to take 500 less Etc. etc. I said no if it’s not for the original price I walk so I ended up getting the car for the original agreed price after lots of back-and-forth. Then they had taken off my window sticker, folded it up and marked on it and I had originally let my sales guy know that I wanted all the documents for the vehicle to be in pristine condition as I wanted to laminate them and he understood that. He told me that they would order me a new window sticker and it wouldn’t be an issue we are over a year later and I still haven’t gotten my window sticker and I called GM customer service and they said it’s a dealership issue for them to get it for you and I’ve been dealing with this back-and-forth for a while now and over something so silly I would not do business with this dealership again because it’s about the principle of things and I never wrote a review when I first bought the car because I thought they would do things the correct way and this window sticker has put my situation over edge and I will be looking to purchase my new z06 from a different dealership More
