Mark was helpful after I waited for 10 minutes to be called. Upon arrival, I was told someone would be with me asap. I had to go back into service area as no agents helped me with exception of Mark. Let me start by saying the truck I bought was a great price, The buying process was pretty easy, Until the end, We felt like we were rushed through the finance office due to it being 7pm. Our salesman Brian, We thought was ok until after we came out of the finance office, He was no where to be found, So we left. The next day i asked him if the truck was ready. He said it still had to be detailed, I also asked if the oil had been changed and if it had gone through service, I was told it was when I knew it wasn't because the oil filter still had undercoating on it from when it was undercoated, he then apologized and got it done. Finally around 6pm it was ready. The finance guy We dealt with the night before was not in. So another finance guy had to find our paperwork, so it took a little while finally got out of there. The next day I realized that the tailgate did not open. I immediately got ahold of the salesman, which he stated, he was off that day. To text him the following day, In which I did, I got no answers. Texted him again and was told it's a Ford, so nothing got fixed. Haven't heard from them since. The extended warranty I took out for $3500.00 is basically garbage, It doesn't cover much, Again they never went over the warranty during the financing paperwork because they wanted to go home. So No, I would not recommend nor refer anyone to shop or buy unless you buy new and get a factory warranty. More
Direction has a good appointment and service process overall. However, i’m bringing in my call her and signing the paperwork was informed that they did not have the part.I set up this service appointmen overall. However, i’m bringing in my call her and signing the paperwork was informed that they did not have the part.I set up this service appointment with one of their team members, They know my vehicle, yet did not be sure they had the part when I came in for the Appointment. They had to pull the car out of service, return it to me only to set up a later appointment. This is a waste of their time in my time coming in for a 4 to 5 hour recall appointment. More
