Excellent Silverado Purchase Experience I did my research on line in advance to get an idea of what I wanted as I was interested in a Chevy Truck. i wanted something that I could rely on fo I did my research on line in advance to get an idea of what I wanted as I was interested in a Chevy Truck. i wanted something that I could rely on for potentially 10 years or more. After doing my research I was looking for a sales person to act as a consultant to help me find the right fit that met the needs of me and my family and Rocky did a great job of helping to fill in the blanks above and beyond what I could find on line. He was happy to walk the lot with me and tell me more about the vehicle and point out the differences between the multiple trim levels. He worked with me patiently until we found the right vehicle with the right options. Even the process of evaluating my trade in went well as the person the evaluated the car at the dealership treated me and my vehicle that I was trading in with respect in negotiating the appropriate trade in price. Even after all that, I had to take some time to think about it, just to be sure it was the right fit, and I was happy there was no high pressure sales job going on as Rocky just wanted to make sure I'd found the vehicle Once I told him yes, both he and the dealership made the whole purchase and trade in process go extremely smoothly.
