Exceeding your expectation I was driving back to Florida from Delaware and was experiencing electrical problems. I called for an appointment on 10/21 and was told that they wer I was driving back to Florida from Delaware and was experiencing electrical problems. I called for an appointment on 10/21 and was told that they were booked until 10/27. I said that I would take it, but also needed a loaner...and that I would be in around 3:00. When I arrived the service tech, Patrick Denson, asked me about my appointment and then said...I've had a couple of cancellations if you can give me abut 90 minutes. In a little over an hour, they not only took care of my electrical issue, but also rotated and balanced my tire and completed an oil change. Another great experience at Ester Bay Chevrolet. More
