I explained to Avi that the amount I owe has nothing to do with the value of my vehicle and just wanted to get a dollar figure. They refused to give me a quote and completely ignored me because I didn't give them my "pay off" amount. Todd Mangrum did a great job in answering all the questions I had about 2 differe I recently purchased a pre-owned Corvette from Estero Bay Chevrolet. Todd Mangrum did a great job in answering all the questions I had about 2 different Corvettes before I made the 2 hour drive from the Tampa Bay Area. He also was very accommodating. Todd let me take all the time I needed to drive and inspect both cars before making a purchasing decision. The ashtray door was broken on the car I selected at time of purchase. They agreed to replace the part as part of the deal. When I came in to have the part installed, service advisor Jose Tejeda did an equally as awesome job in making sure my car was repaired to my satisfaction. When it comes time to replace this Corvette, I will return to Estero Bay Chevrolet. More
