Great service I had my GMC Acadia towed to Estero Bay Chevrolet after warning messages appeared and the vehicle couldn't be driven. This was on a Sunday morning. I had my GMC Acadia towed to Estero Bay Chevrolet after warning messages appeared and the vehicle couldn't be driven. This was on a Sunday morning. The next day I talked to Ben Monnett. He said they were very busy with appointments but would get the problem analyzed and call me later in the afternoon. He called as promised, explained the problem, told me he had the necessary repair part in stock, and should be able to complete the work tomorrow (Tuesday). Around Tuesday noon Ben called and said the Acadia was ready to go and there was no charge as the repair was covered by the warranty. Obviously I didn't have an appointment for this repair, but Ben handled the situation in a fast, friendly manner nonetheless. I really appreciate Ben's great customer service skills and will not hesitate to return to Estero Bay Chevrolet for future service needs. More

Warranty Myhusband needed a truck...we came to estero bay cheverolet....they took advantage of a 75 year old disabled veteran with their fast talking salesman. Myhusband needed a truck...we came to estero bay cheverolet....they took advantage of a 75 year old disabled veteran with their fast talking salesman...who by the way retired or quit one month after our purchase....We purchased a Silverado truck...was told how amazing the road hazard tire and wheel coverage would be...how it would give us peace of mind....we purchased the deluxe package for 60 months unlimited miles.for 415.00...... That was ten months ago....today we found out it is not worth the paper it is written on..they will only pay up to a Maxim 40.00 if the tire meets the requirements then it is a reimbursement.... The tire has to have treads measuring a depth greater than 2/32nds of an inch. Also purchased a warranty for xzilon green this was 495.00....5 years unlimited miles.....this warranty covers exterior protection....no it doesn't we were told to great lengths how if it got a chip from a door being opened into it.....they would fix....wrong again....please read the small print do not trust the man behind the desk he is salesman looking for commission....we were took for just under one thousand dollars for trusting estero bay Chevrolet employee....
