Even though I held him hostage for three hours, he never showed any signs of aggravation or disdain. He was always polite and professional. He was never pushy of forceful. But he never gave up. He was funny, witty, and REAL! The whole time I was there it felt more like a party than an auto purchase. The entire staff that I came in contact with were great. including the sales manager. Who wasn't very funny, but was a pleasure to deal with. Even though I came in with a loan in hand, they took the time and effort to not only find me a better deal, but a better vehicle than I had chosen to go with that better deal.
