All aspects of the purchase of our 2025 Trax was friendly, helpful and for a car purchase relatively quick and painless. Shanna Gillespie our sales person was very informative and helpful. She asked friendly, helpful and for a car purchase relatively quick and painless. Shanna Gillespie our sales person was very informative and helpful. She asked questions to determine what our desires were and she provided everything we asked for. After the purchase she made sure everything was 100% with car and followed up the day after to see if we had additional questions. The Sales Mgr was clear and precise in giving us a price competitive with other dealers and even offers other dealers did not offer. One of the worst parts of buying from a dealer is the Finance Mgr high pressuring to purchase add on services. This was not the case with Finance Mgr William Barries. He was very cordial, explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions We have purchased cars at this dealership in the past and will continue in the future. More
AWFUL EXPERIENCE AT THIS DEALERSHIP I went there because I built a tahoe on chevy.com and was told a dealership had to order it. After receiving a call from Estreo chevy, i went there. The young lady who I built a tahoe on chevy.com and was told a dealership had to order it. After receiving a call from Estreo chevy, i went there. The young lady who tried to help me was having "difficulties" getting the order right (I at one time called the internet person who contacted me to come in and asked for the build code) and finally said we were good. I told her my one must was bucket seats in the second row instead of a bench and she assured me it was designed that way. I then asked to go over it and make sure the seating was right before submitting it and to look at the different pictures to make sure everything was included. She insisted there wasn't a way to do it, but since I did it at home, I showed her the arrows to use to look at the different pictures. Guess what was missing? She then said she didn't know how to fix it and would have another salesperson help me. She then asked me to go to another desk and wait for another salesperson who would be able to help me and proceeded to deal with another customer. I waited at an empty desk for a while and then left as I felt no one was interested in my business. As a sidenote, the person whose desk she put me at, had just introduced his girlfriend to her and they both left so I wasn't sure how long it would take him to come back but I did wait there like a fricken idiot. As I got off the 75 at colonial, my phone rings and now someone is asking me where I am, am I in the restroom? I'm not here to tell you how to run your business but someone who comes in to spend 80k on a vehicle and does all the homework for you and is only interested in getting what he ordered instead of haggling over price shouldn't be treated this way. Now I keep getting emails and phone calls from Estero Chevrolet asking if I'm still interested. More
