Nobody ever answers the xxxx phone in service. I was waiting for a part to be installed and wasn’t notified it was in to be installed. Always seems to have new faces in service as well. I drove over an hour to get to the dealership so I wanted to arrive at an agreed upon price prior to making the trip. The sales manager came over and introduced himself and thanked me for the business. I was pleased with how pleasant the finance manager was and how quickly he got me out of there.
