Tried to charge us 3,500 for new air conditioner. Said the problem was a bad compressor. Was not the problem. We preformed a reset procedure for the dampers we found on line. Air conditioner works More

I just don't think that is possible. This was more than in inconvenience. The air worked on the passenger side, but not the driver side. So saying the compressor was bad just didn't feel right. An online video explained how to reset the dampers, Your mechanics should have known this. We are talking a huge amount of money that we saved by going with a gut feeling.
