Came in for recall on Saturday. Tech corrupted the PCM after installing the new trans valve control module. Got a used car loaner. New PCM didn’t arrive until Thursday. I was told that the entire fiberglass third brake light spoiler had to be replaced for $1,100 because GM doesn’t sell the little yellow positioning clips. Told Jose to forget it. I’d do it myself. Called Jose on Friday to confirm that my truck was ready? Jose said I could pick it up Saturday morning. I arrived Saturday morning. The tech service reps couldn’t locate my truck anywhere. They found it a half hour later and the truck still didn’t have the new PCM installed. Told me to come back in 4 hours. Came back in less than 4 hours when Jaheim called me. Advised that my truck was all set to go. Picked up my truck and began driving away from the dealership. I looked in my rear view mirror and saw that my headliner and moulding were all disassembled and parts on the back seat. Had to turn around and have them reassemble my headliner for another half hour. The tech left used service gloves on my truck floor. It was good that they provided me with a loaner for the week. However, the lack of communication and follow through was pretty disappointing. More
As is usual with Estero Bay Chevrolet. , the service and personnel were excellent. My only issue was when the bomb was dropped at pickup that I'd owe an additional $1500.00 in unbilled la , the service and personnel were excellent. I scheduled 3 1/2 weeks out only to be told diagnostic would require 48-72 hours when I arrived. I had been told same day when I made the appointment. Vehicle was there all day. Harassed by 3 texts and 2 calls from Estero Chevrolet from leaving my vehicle at service which is absolutely ridiculous! Service advisor, Jaheim Germain, was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Not sure I would recommend Estero Chevrolet as they were not honest with me. More
