I drove over an hour to get to the dealership so I wanted to arrive at an agreed upon price prior to making the trip. The figures were as we agreed with no surprises and no ridiculous dealer add-on fees. My to arrive at an agreed upon price prior to making the trip. The figures were as we agreed with no surprises and no ridiculous dealer add-on fees. My salesman Sean was great to work with. The sales manager came over and introduced himself and thanked me for the business. I was pleased with how pleasant the finance manager was and how quickly he got me out of there. Upon leaving the dealership they met me at the gas station and filled my car. Nice touch. I would definitely do business with them again and refer to others. More
Horrible service! Run from this dealer! This is the worst dealer in Florida! Drive to the next dealer you’ll thank me later! Run from this dealer! This is the worst dealer in Florida! Drive to the next dealer you’ll thank me later! More

Have not heard anything so I went there today and now I have no date for it to be fixed. So wanted to talk to Gio and that was a joke. He is supposed to be the GM but can't even come out and speak to and Un satisfied customer or at least acknowledge that I was there. I will be contacting a lawyer. More
So far my experience with the service department has not been good. I originally dropped my truck off in July to "diagnose" the deteriorating window trim, poorly fitting windshield valance and broken turn s been good. I originally dropped my truck off in July to "diagnose" the deteriorating window trim, poorly fitting windshield valance and broken turn signal stalk on my 2023 Colorado that I purchased from Estero Bay. That took about a week and half to complete after multiple phone calls and nobody even appearing to know that my truck was even there. So on the about the 8th day of it being there I finally got a hold of my advisor, Jaheim and like magic my truck was ready for pickup, but parts would have to ordered. Fast forward to the end of August, I have not heard from anyone, so I call and speak with another service advisor Jose, he informs me the parts have arrived but doesn't know when they actually arrived to the dealer, so i schedule an appointment to have the installed. This is now end of August and I drop my truck off to have said parts installed, 3 days go by with no updates, this should have been less than a days job. Finally I get a call from Jaheim my service advisor telling me one of the parts came in damaged and another one was ordered. Finally after 7 days I get my truck back. Now it gets good, I notice after getting home that while installing the new window trim on the drivers front door they put about a 1.5" gash in the paint down to the metal under the mirror and gouged up both driver and passenger mirror coverings. Awesome! So I talked to Rodney the service manager and he tells me to bring it back so he can inspect it and they will get it fixed by another dealers body shop. While he was inspecting it I pointed out some defects in the paint on the roof as well and he has the xxxxx to ask me if it's been repainted. Seriously, that's what you ask after one of your "qualified" mechanics uses a xxxx screw driver to damage my door and both mirror plastics instead of simply removing the mirrors to replace the trim. On to the next, while it was in for the window trim and getting a nice new scratch in the door, I asked if they could take care of the current recall for module reprogramming, they say they did this and it says so on my invoice, but there is still an open recall on my truck. Upon asking Jaheim to have the techs check this out while they have again for what assume will be another week plus getting the paint fixed, he just tells me " well it says we did it". Well according to Chevy it still has a open recall. So we will see what happens and how bad or hopefully good this paint repair is. It's sad that I had such a great buying experience a year ago when I purchased my truck and now the service so far has been crap. This used to be the dealer to go to for service , but looking at other reviews, it doesn't seem that way anymore sadly. Fingers crossed the other dealer has a good body shop and makes my truck new again, sad that I'm in this position due to a lazy tech taking a short cut and damaging my truck. More
6.2 knock. After 4 months and 5 times of failed attempts to pick up to find the issue was not repaired I took it to another dealer. Within one day the new dealer said it needed an engine. Gm did not help to pick up to find the issue was not repaired I took it to another dealer. Within one day the new dealer said it needed an engine. Gm did not help the situation even though I had video. 18000 miles on a $70000 truck and it failed and no corrective action occurred until I filed lemon law… sad More
Terrible experience with the financing department. They kept pushing the extended warranty which I told them I didn't want but finally agreed to it, which I regretted the next day. The following day I contacted the company they use for extended warranties and cancelled it with them. I hope the employee doesn't get a penny in commission for selling me something I didn't need.
