I had a service appt at 7:30 to install my antennae and base on car. It was not done until nesrly 4:00. Seems like an appt does not matter. Also, I was told in January that my car needed a pump for applyin base on car. It was not done until nesrly 4:00. Seems like an appt does not matter. Also, I was told in January that my car needed a pump for applying windshield solution and it was on backorder. Come to find out, it did not need the pump. The wire or plastic tubehad been chewed on by animal. So I drove for approximately 8 weeks without being able to use wiper solution. At least they fixed it this time. More

My contact was Skye and she is the best customer service person i’ve encountered in an automobile dealership during my 87 years, 50 of those years in customer service. PASS IT ON! Easily made an appointment for date I wanted and upon appointment arrival was nicely greeted and checked in with Jose. Shortly after I went to waiting room. My experience with the service department this time was excellent in all regards. My prior experience was horrible in that I was left in the waiting room until after closing and had to go back into the ser excellent in all regards. My prior experience was horrible in that I was left in the waiting room until after closing and had to go back into the service area to find someone to get my vehicle. And never received so much as an apology for the experience. As a result, I had my vehicle serviced by another dealership. I am glad I tried this dealership again and had a chance to have a completely difference experience. More
Estero Bay Chevrolet diagnosed and repaired a problem on my 2015 Corvette that I had been trying to resolve for years. I had a constant rattle in the back of the vehicle that was very annoying. Their Corvet my 2015 Corvette that I had been trying to resolve for years. I had a constant rattle in the back of the vehicle that was very annoying. Their Corvette specialist used microphones to determine that the rattle was coming from the rear stabilizer bar and links. They ordered the required parts and changed the stabilizer bar bushings and links. The rattle was gone and I am one happy customer. Germain was my service advisor and did a great job.
