My experience with the service department this time was excellent in all regards. My prior experience was horrible in that I was left in the waiting room until after closing and had to go back into the ser excellent in all regards. Estero Bay Chevrolet diagnosed and repaired a problem on my 2015 Corvette that I had been trying to resolve for years. I had a constant rattle in the back of the vehicle that was very annoying. Their Corvet my 2015 Corvette that I had been trying to resolve for years. I had a constant rattle in the back of the vehicle that was very annoying. Their Corvette specialist used microphones to determine that the rattle was coming from the rear stabilizer bar and links. They ordered the required parts and changed the stabilizer bar bushings and links. The rattle was gone and I am one happy customer. Germain was my service advisor and did a great job.
