We recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and while the process had its challenges, I want to acknowledge Jaclyn for her professionalism and kindness throughout. She treated us with respect, was responsive to our questions, and stayed calm and solution-focused when a concerning issue came up. While reviewing paperwork during signing, I asked for documentation on the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) warranty—one of the key reasons we chose this dealership over others. That’s when we were informed the CPO had been removed after the deal was negotiated. The explanation? The sales manager, Carlos, claimed it was removed because I had been given $1,300 off the selling price. Here’s the problem: That $1,300 “discount” was neutralized by inflating the Georgia taxes by $500 and tacking on $899 in dealership fees. When I brought this to Jaclyn’s attention, she agreed that she was not part of any discussion about removing the CPO and that it hadn’t been disclosed to me. I made it clear that the CPO was non-negotiable and the reason we chose this vehicle. I even said I was fine walking away and booking a flight home. Jaclyn made a call, and shortly after, I was told the manager said, “Just give it to her.” While the matter was resolved, the way it unfolded left a lasting impression. It felt as though the dealership assumed I wouldn’t notice—or wouldn’t speak up. I did both. Jaclyn’s handling of the situation was commendable, and we appreciate her stepping in. But I struggled to leave a public review because I didn’t want to inadvertently put her in a difficult position—especially if advocating for customers isn’t something the dealership culture supports. In the end, we got the car we wanted and the coverage that was promised—but it took more pushback than it should have. Sometimes silence is the only review that says everything. More
