Came in for the first oil change on my RX350. I have purchased 2 other cars in the past from this dealership. Rick French has been our service tech for many years and always provided us fast and friend purchased 2 other cars in the past from this dealership. Rick French has been our service tech for many years and always provided us fast and friendly service. Today they did my oil change, washed the vehicle, rotated the tires and complied with a recall bulletin, all in about an hour and a quarter. We have always been very happy with Eskridge and would not want to go anywhere else for service or to purchase a car. More

I have decided to go back to my previous dealership that is 150 miles away from my home because every time I trhink of my experience I throw up a little in my mouth!! and bile comes rolling out. I have tried everything to get good service and this is a Lexus dealership and should be the epitome of service. The reason anyone purchases a Lexus is to allay issues like these and give me a sense of trust and comfort! I even purchsed the warranty. They only do the superficial stuff and did not diagonose anything that is not right on their face. I had to go to two independent auto stores as I had already stopped trusting them during the third fruitless visit. I was spending all my freetime at that dealership!! More
We purchased the ct200h and are getting 42 miles to the gallon consistently. Everyone we have dealt with has been A+ and we love our car! They have been very attentive to any question we have had. GREAT DEALERSHIP! I have been a customer for 15 years and I was happy from day one. It has improved from great to exceptional over that time. My most recent experience was to buy a new GX. Doug Collet and I was happy from day one. It has improved from great to exceptional over that time. My most recent experience was to buy a new GX. Doug Collett, the sales person, was so knowledgable and helpful. Every phone call was returned quickly. All questions were addressed professionally. The best part of the experience was he found the exact new vehicle I was looking for during a time when demand was greater than supply due to the recent tragic events in Japan. Ed Eskridge was also very helpful, professional and courteous. I suppose the reason I have continued to purchase my vehicles from Eskridge Lexus is due in large part to the quality of the employees. From the day I drive out with my new car to every service appointment, I am a happy and satisfied customer. On a scale of 1 - 10, this dealership is a 15. I will keep coming back and do not intend to ever shop anywhere else. More

Purchased used 2007 RX350 from Eskridge Lexus...price was great....salesman was friendly and communicated well, with call backs and info on availability. I have been waiting on a wheel for one month mean while I have been riding on a small spare tire @ first I was told it would take one week to order wheel the next week I was told the same one more week final have been riding on a small spare tire @ first I was told it would take one week to order wheel the next week I was told the same one more week finally the third week I asked to talk to Mr. Eskridge he told me it could take two months I work two jobs both 8hrs each I go straight from one job to the next on the werkends I pick my son up from College and take him back which is Norman OK I live in OKC I have stressed that I need my car. I feel it is ridiculous to wait this long for a wheel. I also had another problem with this dealership service drive I had took my car in for service and asked each time how my brakes were each time I was told my brakes were good not long after the third visit my brakes were makin a loud noise I immediately took it back to the dealership my front brakes were bad and my rotors had to be replaced I went in to talk to the service drive manager I told him I had been asking about my brakes each time I brought my car to the service drive for maintenence he apologized told me the guy that worked on my car was fired when I asked why should I have to pay the extreme cost for my brakes that could have been prevented if my brakes had been checked those three different times I brought my car in I was told with the kind of car I drive the damage still woul have happened I don't believe that I feel if my brakes were checked when I asked some of that damage(cost) could have been prevented! More
