Above and beyond Eskridge Lexus Service provided a very nice (newish) sedan for a day loaner while my RX350 underwent 65k mile service which allowed me to meet numerou Eskridge Lexus Service provided a very nice (newish) sedan for a day loaner while my RX350 underwent 65k mile service which allowed me to meet numerous work deadlines that day. I ran late finishing the day and called to tell the Service desk I was running late. Mr Rick French volunteered to wait for me. I pulled in to the service bay 15min after closing time, turned over the loaner and Rick directed me to my washed, vacuumed, and serviced RX. Thank you Edkridge and thank you Rick!! More
Mark Beggs - Service Dept. I really appreciate personalized service and when a person has been coming over to the Lexus Dealership from Enid, for as many years as I have (prob I really appreciate personalized service and when a person has been coming over to the Lexus Dealership from Enid, for as many years as I have (probably at least 15 yrs) I expect it! I really only want to work with one service rep when I'm there and that is Mark, it is helpful working with someone that you know rather than a service person that I don't know., Many times when I call and they connect me with the scheduler they have been rude! They just act like they don't care! I have tried many times to explain that I'm from Enid and I'm coming to OKC for another reason and that I would like to get in to the service dept., they give off the attitude that they don't care and that I am not important. I have purchased 4 Lexus from Eskridge all 350's and one of the reasons I keep buying Lexus is because of the service I used to get there when you could call and request the service person that you are accustomed to working with and the person that knows you. Most always when I am lucky and get to talk to Mark, he will always try his best to get me in if at all possible. I remember back in the day when that is the way we called to make appts. and that was sooooo much nicer than talking to impersonal scheduler I might add. I have talked to many people in Enid about this and they all agree. Bottom Line, Mark is always very pleasant and is so nice to work with, Just wanted to make sure that I addressed that. Thanks, More

Have had to use another dealership when something came up 1,200 miles from home, but decided to limp along until we returned to OKC. So glad that we did because the other dealership had misdiagnosed the problem. Eskridge rocks and saved us several thousand dollars. Learned that if something goes wrong when we are traveling, to make like ET and call home (Eskridge). The support is terrific. More
