I bought my L. S. 500 from Lexus of Tulsa I was in Oklahoma City for my grand son's graduation when I notice a large knot on side of my left front tire I took my ca S. 500 from Lexus of Tulsa I was in Oklahoma City for my grand son's graduation when I notice a large knot on side of my left front tire I took my car to your dealership and Omar informed I didn't have tire warranty even though the car only had 9,000 miles on it so I had you all put a tire on at $461 dollars so I could get back to Tulsa. Almost 3 hours later I paid you and left after returning to my sons house I noticed the rim was scarred up. A week later I had another flat on right rear my wife took it to Lexus of Tulsa and they replaced it free of charge and reminded me I have tire warranty. I also have wheel repair so they are also fixing it. They also helped my wife to file a claim to get my full refund on the tire I paid you for. So I assume if the car is not purchased form you the service is not near as good. Very disappointed you could not see my warranty on your computer. I am so thankful for Lexus of Tulsa because I had a Lexus before I purchased this one (that was bought elsewhere) and the always took excellent care of us. My TX 500H was supposed to come end of April but it arrived on the 11th of April, 3 weeks earlier than anticipated, which im thrilled. One thing to note is to avoid the finance manager, Brownie Brimmage, he's pushy in warranty purchase, but if you want to buy, be firm and determined, you can get GREAT deal. Ask for Steve, the other fiance manager, he is nice and professional, no pushing of any kind. Gotta give thanks to Mariah, the technology specialist, for helping me setting up and getting familar with the car. I think Mario represents what a luxury car buying experience should be, as long as he's still working at Eskridge Lexus, I only buy cars from him. More
