He went out of his way to make sure that the part that was needed for my car was covere that I received from my customer service representative Greg. Lexus service department has very good customer service. You drive your car up, a person meets you, greets you, get the miles of your car and refer you to whom ever appt was made with. Tried to charge me $1500.00 for a repair they said was not covered by my warranty. Took my car to an independent mechanic that said my car did not need the repair Eskridge wanted to charge me for, then went to another Lexus dealership and they also agreed the repair was not need, but did diagnose the repair I need being covered under my warranty. Eskridge would not admit they made a mistake and cost me $700.00 out of my pocket before we found the real problem. Also Eskridge charges for their loaner cars, no other Lexus dealership I have even been to does this. Granted my car is still under warranty. Just think twice before you have an expensive repair at Eskridge. More
