I called after waiting 2 Months and scheduled my appointment and 2 hours before my appoint i received a call from a person with Lexus Named Patience informing me that the tire was not in. I quickly called the service department and was given the run around. Still no tire and I am scheduled to drive to Texas the next day but could not drive my Lexus so I was forced to rent another car. More

Ray is always professional yet gives you his undivided attention whether you are making direct contact or over the phone. Ray listens! Ray has a calming manner and explains in detail how he can help you with your maintenance issue(s). I tend to get worked up when I take it in and get estimate on the number of items that the mechanic has noted on the work order. Ray takes time to explain and then I can prioritize what I want fixed immediately. I trust Ray and he has never let me down! This means a lot to me and I have recommended co-workers, family, friends and church members, to bring their vehicles and ask for Ray Shannon only! More

As of the present I believe I have purchased about 8 vehicles from Lexus via this dealership. Up until this car all my prior purchases were with one sales person who over the years I developed a good relationship with. In about 2014 he retired so I asked him for a name of someone he would recommend and without pausing he said “contact Shannon Brown!” In 2016 I contacted Shannon, told him what I had and what I MIGHT be looking for. I went over a few days later, saw the new models, etc. and said I might wait awhile before “jumping in the pool!”. He said no problem, I had his number and I knew where he worked! GREAT! I do not like pushy sales people!?? Skip forward to 2018. One call: “Shannon this is what I’m looking for”. 2 or 3 days later- “ I found your car, color, interior, accessories, etc. it will be in around end of month or first of next month.” No wrestle, no hassle. Came in, they were fair with my trade in and now driving new ride. Shannon got it right front to back. Smooth as creamy peanut butter! Good boy, good product, good dealership! When I’m ready for next car Shannon is my man! (He even sold a friend of mine his new Lexus before he sold me mine. I had that much confidence in his ability.) More

I attribute my good experience with Service Adviser Rick French. Rick has always been courteous and professional. I have the utmost trust in Rick! I have never had a long wait when getting in for service. Making an appointment is the best way of getting your vehicle in for maintenance. It provides service with a preview of possible needs and the ability to provide a loaner car should the time required for maintenance….or your personal needs…..dictate. The service department is well orchestrated and the maintenance area will remind you of a hospital operating room…..clean and uncluttered. KUDOs to Rick and the Eskridge Maintenance Dept!! More
New lights on after serviced So I went in to get my engine valve cover gaskets replaced. They replaced those and the spark plugs. (And something called washer seal that I only later found on the invoice) Was it overpriced? I don't know, but it certainly wasn't very transparent as to what all they were going to replace. Then I picked up my car and first everything seemed fine, no more small engine oil leakage like before but later the same day the engine check light and the VSC OFF (vehicle skid control) light came on. The VSC is connected to the brake system, but it seems to me that it's pretty obvious something got disconnected, messed with an electronic component, because the problem started the same day I picked it up from service, and I'd never had any issues with it before. I called there, explaining what was happening and they actually wanted to charge me for a diagnostic. In case they found they're at fault, they would retroactively cancel the cost. I'd essentially have to rely on their judgement and statement as to if it was something they caused. Doesn't feel very trustworthy at this point. Unprofessional and unaccountable are the words that come to mind and even O Reilly's will offer free OBD II reader diagnostics. More
