Awesome experience! Everything went smoothly thanks to Mario and Steve Tompkin. Mario helped me with the trade and incentives for my new ES 350. Gotta love Mr. Tompkin for not pushing us to buy extended warranty and stuff, instead, he let us chose what to buy and explained to us what each options mean. I really like Mr. Sky for helping me out with the technology stuff like setting up my Lexus acct, setup my memory seat and connect my phone to Bluetooth. Overall my experience were very pleasant with Lexus compared to Toyota. I guess Lexus were not just making luxury cars; they make every process of buying the car so easy and time saving, and of course, luxury experience. You can’t get that experience at any Toyota dealers. Cudos to Dealerrater as well because they let me read reviews of sales man and finance managers to see who is the most truth worthy. I made the right decision to go with Mario. Definitely recommend him to anyone buying new cars! My next Lexus will be with Mario for sure! More

He went out of his way to make sure that the part that was needed for my car was covere that I received from my customer service representative Greg. Lexus service department has very good customer service. You drive your car up, a person meets you, greets you, get the miles of your car and refer you to whom ever appt was made with. Next, Rick French or You drive your car up, a person meets you, greets you, get the miles of your car and refer you to whom ever appt was made with. Tried to charge me $1500.00 for a repair they said was not covered by my warranty. Took my car to an independent mechanic that said my car did not need the repair Eskridge wanted to charge me for, then went to another Lexus dealership and they also agreed the repair was not need, but did diagnose the repair I need being covered under my warranty. Eskridge would not admit they made a mistake and cost me $700.00 out of my pocket before we found the real problem. Also Eskridge charges for their loaner cars, no other Lexus dealership I have even been to does this. Granted my car is still under warranty. Just think twice before you have an expensive repair at Eskridge. More
