Traveling thru Oklahoma from California our new Lexus was burglarized and the rear passenger window was damaged. We were unable to operate the window due to a damaged motor. The service department service writer, manager and dealership GM went above and beyond in taking care of us. Not only were they professional they were friendly and compassionate. Although they didn’t have the parts available to repair the window they professionally patched it in such away that we were able to continue on our trip comfortably until we returned home. Our gratitude goes our to service advisor, Blythe; service manager Kara, GM Doug, and all those who provided us with outstanding service. More
