Mr. Berryhill, I have reached out to Lexus directly and did not receive much sympathy for the inconvenience of only having one Key provided. Purchased the car in December 2023, was told it would be March before we received, then it was June, now it is September and really no longer sounds credible. This has been a big inconvenience for wife and myself as we only own own one car (NX350). I was understanding at first when told that there was a shortage of keys due to the shortage of chips. However, at this point I feel it is negligent of Lexus to not have planned their chain supply better in order to ensure that Lexus car purchasers were better served. I spoke with one of your Managers regarding this matter but feel that she was not well informed. She denied that we received letters regarding the changing of the time lines for key arrivals. In response to her reply, I asked that some compensation be given to those that have been inconvenienced through no fault of their own. She then said," well, we provide you with free service inspection at 5,000 miles and again at 10,000 miles". You may want to inform your staff that we receive that service by purchasing the car. It is not extra compensation. Wife and I are extremely frustrated and disappointed at this point as we did not expect this from a reputable company like Lexus. Respectfully, Steve A. Jonas
