Everytime you pass an employee they greet you and smile! Our finance specialist Eric Poston was extremely nice man and worked on our loan for our vehicle as if we were his only customer in other words he did not rush us through anything. Eric took his time and explained everything and gave us all of our options. Normally I avoid dealerships when buying a used car. Eskridge had a BMW Z3 for sale and I commented on this to a co-worker who spoke glowingly of the dealership so I decided to check them out. Purchased a 2003 Honda Accord from them. Loved the salesman, (forgot his name) and they did us right on the financing as well. Got a nice car for a great price. My wife just tried to take the car to Fowler Honda for a service visit. They told us that the master brake cylinder was not covered under warranty. That's funny, because we purchased a Honda extended warranty and when I called Eskridge, they said the part was covered under our warranty. Fowler tried to pull a fast one on us. We won't be going to that god-awful place again!!! Mike was so helpful when I told him what was going on. Thank you Mike at Eskridge!!! More
