Justin Ching was very respectful, friendly and helpful, never pushy. I came in to buy my car off lease, and he showed me other options to consider, even though I choose not to go with those options, his d never pushy. I really do hope he is still there in a few years when I decided to downsize to a smaller car as I get older. Also have high regards for David Camacho in the service department, one of the best service advisors I have dealt with since 2016. He was professional and respectful, but still getting my service down in a reasonable amount of time. Michael Culberson was also great, first time since 2016 that I dealt with someone other than Josh Anderson. He was very patient with me as I was working though things I had never done before, specifically the maintenance agreement. Answered my questions and addressed my concerns, never rushing me in my decision. I was given consideration for being a good customer, he gave me all the discounts he could because of that. Of course, it didn't hurt that my credit rating was exceptional. My only negative comments are about the Australian guy, guess his name is Rick. He is lucky that I only called him a joker and nothing worse. I wouldn't have a problem never having to interact with him again. More

I brought my Ford F-150 to get repaired at Nissan and I know it sounds ridiculous but they did an awesome job. Went out of their way to make sure my truck was fixed properly. Service department Bought Frontier 3 weeks ago....While on a trip I noticed the steering wheel vibrating noticibly. I took it to the service department, after an hour of waiting, I checked on it. I saw it parked by the door. The service people said they went down wade hampton blvd and didnt feel anything. I said I'msure the wheels need to be balanced and they wouldnt really feel it until 55-60. They said they weren't going to check the wheels. At least 4workers doing nothing who could have taken the wheels off and ballanced themin the 85 minutes they had the truck. I as.ked to see the general manager. After 5 minutes they claimed they couldn't find him. They're not only incompetent, theyre also rude. I've had other issues with this service dept, and after buying 3 vehicles from them, I'll NEVER step foot into the place again. More
Slow slow slow!!! I was told a simple oil change and multi point inspection would be no longer than an hour and a half and I would be called when my car was finished. I came back within the hour and a half, my car was sitting in the shop with the hood open, and I was told that the paperwork would be finished and my car should be out shortly. An hour later after sitting watching my car stay in the same position with the hood still up and all of the Nissan employees stuff their faces with food and stand around talking to each other I went back to the front desk where the man stated that he would he go ahead and get the car that was sitting in the same exact spot when I arrived an hour prior. I’m upset that I spent 2.5 hours waiting for a simple oil change and to hear them mention me needing new brakes, new windshield wipers, and tire rotation was funny because I’m sure that would’ve taken them 3 days to complete. I’m upset that I never received the call I was promised, I’m upset I waited an extra hour for no reason, and I’m upset that I had to watch every employee walking around stuffing their faces with food. Apparently the employees were cooking out and I give them xxxxxxfor offering me some food but I came for an oil change not a meal. But no worries I will never use Nissan of Greer for my servicing needs going forward and unless people intend on spending most of their day at this place, I would suggest no one else go here either. More
