on oct 8 i wrote a review i want to retract. i was lied to by travis ballenger just for a sale. he told me my old car would be sold at auction due to high mileage. i was seeking options because i had just to by travis ballenger just for a sale. he told me my old car would be sold at auction due to high mileage. i was seeking options because i had just been told by their service dept it would be $4500 to fix my transmission. a month later i see my car on their site for sale. i contacted travis about this and he continued to lie even though i was able to prove the vins were the same. i do not like this. do not take advantage of people. do not lie, be straight up and honest. i couldve saved myself a lot of everything by just going to a non-dealership for service. and he is my cousin and he still lied. good luck! They did have someone to bring the paperwork to our house to sign.I had left numerous messages for someone to call me before this because Nissan Finance had no record of it. No one EVER bothered to call me back. Very poor customer service!!!! Everyone’s nice and friendly before the fact but after they have your money they don’t respond to you. Slow paying off my trade in and still don’t have my tag. I purchased my car on 8/17 More
