I have never had a car buying experience go so good. Actually they went above and beyond my expectations. Eric was hands down the best sales consultant. Jay, the sales manager, give more than 110% when it came to finding the right price. I walked away with the car of my dreams and the price per month I wanted. I don’t want to talk bad about another company but the Nissan dealership in Spartanburg could take some lessons from Greer. I didn’t feel like another number as they say at Greer. I was treated with respect and was shown I was worth the car I wanted. They didn’t try to push another vehicle on me because of price. I had 3 men going to bat for me. Getting those numbers at the right spot and working with several banks to get my payments at the right price. Nissan of Greer is the only dealership that will have my business in the future. I have a brand new 2023 Altima. The car of my dreams. She’s perfect. And I owe the thanks to the 3 men that worked so hard to make it happen. Thank you so much guys. You went above and beyond. More
Tad Varner was our salesman, and I would buy another vehicle from him. Had it not been for him and his assistance we would have gone elsewhere. The sales manager (Jay Lewis) almost single handedly sabot vehicle from him. Had it not been for him and his assistance we would have gone elsewhere. The sales manager (Jay Lewis) almost single handedly sabotaged the deal. We had seen a 2023 Nissan Rogue on the internet and were interested in. We completed the requisite information "Click Here to See If You Qualify for Additional Savings". We received a reply from someone named Tina requesting to again provide the same information. I replied that Id provided the information the previous day. On the third day after my query Tad called and apologized for the oversight and we coordinated a test drive of the vehicle we were interested in for the following Monday. We arrived earlier than expected but Tad was ready and available for us. The first vehicle we drove, in my opinion was not ready to be offered for sale as the seats had multiple stains on them. We asked to see another one that we had mentioned on one of our calls back and forth. This vehicle was also a 2023, with a different color interior but with 4K less miles. We then indicated to Tad that we would be interested in the second vehicle if they would sell it for the first ones advertised sales price. This amounted to a $1300.00 difference. Tad advised that he couldn't do that, but he would talk to his sales manager and asked us to step inside. We proceeded to his workspace area and had a seat. A few minutes later Mr. Lewis came over and took over. Mr. Varner remained in proximity to us while we spoke to Mr. Lewis. We then indicated where we were with regards to the two vehicles. We reiterated back to him what we had indicated to Tad outside. He immediately said that he could not do that because the second vehicle has less miles on it. I thanked him for his time, and he stopped us as we began to stand and then indicated what he was willing to do. The offer he proffered was to meet him halfway with regards to the price difference between vehicles due to mileage difference. I indicated that we weren't inclined to do that as I considered the mileage difference to negligible. I was then told by Mr. Lewis the reason he wasnt inclined to do the difference was three-fold. First being we were using our own financing, so they were losing that. I assume he was referring to whatever kickback he receives by steering people to NMAC. He then asked where we lived, and I replied in Blacksburg and he indicated he wasn't familiar with it as he wasn't from here. I replied it was about 50 miles away. He then indicated as the second reason that he was 'losing" my service business on the vehicle due to living away. What he failed to realize is that I am originally from Greenville, my family still all live there, and as a side note my father lives within 5 miles of the dealership. I do not even recall his third reason. At this point I was ready to roll and had all of his dismissive attitude that I wanted. We then thanked him for his time again, arouse from our seats in order to leave. Mr. Varner then approached, and I informed him it wasn't going to work as we walked towards the door. Mr. Lewis then called out to Mr. Varner as we neared the exit door. Mr. Varner asked us to please wait for a moment more as he walked off to speak to Mr. Lewis. Mr. Varner returned a few moments later and informed us that they would take our offer. This encounter left a lot to be desired. There was other comment made during the process I didn't feel appropriate, but you will get the gist of it. My advice as a fellow customer, Get Tad Varner as your salesman, avoid Jay Lewis if possible. More

This was by far one of the smoothest car buying experiences that I have had in over twenty I would like to say thank you, especially to Justin Ching. This was by far one of the smoothest car buying experiences that I have had in over twenty years and I only own Nissan vehicles. I drove from the Charlotte area and would definitely only purchase my vehicles from here in the future. I did not feel like he was trying to just make a sale, but he was definitely trying to understand who I was, as well as giving me a snapshot into his life. The whole Team in my opinion went above and beyond and I am truly grateful for that kind of service.
