I bought a 2010 Altima on 5/24/13, it had great mileage and CPO and I purchased the bumper to bumper warranty, however, the very next day I had to bring it back, with an issue. Transmission. 2 weeks later and CPO and I purchased the bumper to bumper warranty, however, the very next day I had to bring it back, with an issue. Transmission. 2 weeks later they put a new transmission in it. The problem still was not resolved, plus the brakes are squealing and grinding. Took the car back again and they spent 4 days trying to figure out what is wrong, while I am STILL driving a car with bad brakes and a chugging transmission. Now, no one wants to fix the brakes, they are ordering the parts for the transmission, which have not come in yet and I am STILL driving the problem car that I have had since 5/24/13. The people are always nice when I talk to them however, I want this car fixed completely and soon. I am getting frustrated and not happy that I bought the car. More
We were originally just looking for a vehicle whith no intent to make a purchase on this particular day. While we had never considered the idea of leasing a vehicle, it was brought to our attention that l intent to make a purchase on this particular day. While we had never considered the idea of leasing a vehicle, it was brought to our attention that leasing may be a good option given our current needs. The sales person, Doug Conn, was very helpful in showing us the vehicles and explaining the advantages of the lease. With that, we drove away in a new Sentra and have had no regrets. Buying any big ticket item can be a stressful. Nissan of Greer made the experience pleasant. All questions were answered and I never felt any pressure. The sales person and the staff were available to make the purchase as smooth as possible. More

I went to look and not buy, but my sales person Makia Hyman was so kind and not pushy at all. She answered all of my questions and worked with the manager and finance person to make the deal happen. I went to Nissan of Greer to test drive a Chevy Malibu. I liked the car and discussed trading my 2001 Buick LeSabre in on the car. I felt pressured into buying the car because they kept my keys to my Buick and sent me in to the finance person to discuss financing. I knew I needed a low monthly payment and they were able to find a bank to give me a low monthly payment, however, I still wanted to think about it another day. When I told him I wanted to think about it, he told me it was too late that he already got a commitment from the bank. Well, here it is a couple of months later, and yes, I need to get out from the car payment. They still have my Buick LeSabre on their lot and I contacted them to see about getting it back for the $2000 that they allowed me in trade. However, they are telling me that I would have to pay them $2300 more than what they allowed me in trade because they claim that they put that much money into the car. But, as I was leaving, I noticed that the price on the windshield clearly stated $3999 but they are wanting me to pay them $4300 to get my car back. That is ridiculous! I received a response to my rating and spoke with the General Manager who tried to tell me that they had put that much into repairs to justify the $3999 price. Then, a couple of days later, I received a phone call from someone claiming to be from Greer Nissan. They asked me if I was still looking to buy a car and I explained the situation to her and she told me that the Manager would be willing to work with me if I would make an appointment to speak with him face-to-face. I agreed and she set up the appointment. Well, I showed up and spoke with the General Manager and after making my offer again, he mentioned that he had already told me that he couldn't accept my offer. When I told him that Greer Nissan initiated this meeting, he was surprised! Come to find out that they retain an outside marketing firm to make these calls for them and he apologized and said that this meeting should not have been set up without his approval. Here again, this was a big waste of my time and I was not able to get my car back. Their prices are too high to begin with; a prime example is the 2011 Chevy Malibu that they pressured me into buying. They sold it to me for $14999 and 3 months later will buy it back for $11000, and I still owe $12678. I will never do business with them again and will not recommend them to anyone. More
This was the first new car that I ever bought by myself, was nervous, had a budget, Jay Powell worked very hard to find the right nissan Rouge with the right price.
