Amazing Experience I was looking to trade my 08 Altima in for an upgrade and I was able to leave out with a 2015!! When I first called to inquire about the process I was I was looking to trade my 08 Altima in for an upgrade and I was able to leave out with a 2015!! When I first called to inquire about the process I was on hold for quite some time and ended up hanging up; however, surprisingly Bo called me back withing 5 minutes to assist me. I told him my situation and he was more than happy to see me in that very same day. At the dealership, the customer service was outstanding!! Robert showed me all my options and even pulled up 2 cars for me so that I could make my final decision. It was late in the evening almost after 8 and I never felt rushed. I enjoyed the total experience from the beginning phone call until I had my keys in my hands. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Nissan of Greer and will be returning for the next one. Thank you guys!!! More

Great purchase and delivery experience Would very highly recommend Gregg Bates and Nissan of Greer. Four other Nissan dealers told me what I wanted couldn't happen, but Gregg and Nissan of Would very highly recommend Gregg Bates and Nissan of Greer. Four other Nissan dealers told me what I wanted couldn't happen, but Gregg and Nissan of Greer did it. Their price for Rogue was lower and they offered me more for my trade-in. At delivery time, Gregg took a lot of time to explain everything on the 2014 Rogue SL, how it all worked and helped me set up everything to my personal preferences. No pressure to rush me. Got it fully loaded, so some questions came up later. Whenever I called Gregg, he answered my questions. More importantly, when he didn't know the answer, he said so and talked to technicians about it. Then called back within a half hour or less. More

A Friendly Experience I recently purchased a 2011 Juke form Greer Nissan. Having been a customer for 4 years with the servicing of my Pathfinder, I really did not even con I recently purchased a 2011 Juke form Greer Nissan. Having been a customer for 4 years with the servicing of my Pathfinder, I really did not even consider any other dealership. Lee in Service makes the experience outstanding and one where you always feel well cared for. Although we are still working through some small issues with the car, my overall experience was really a good one. Bo, Oscar, Lee, Ernest and Pam went out of there way to find me the car I wanted in the price range I needed. I would definitely recommend Greer Nissan and your staff to anyone looking for a great car at any price range! More
Worst Experience of My Life My husband and I were looking for a used Toyota Tacoma, and Nissan of Greer just happened to have one that my husband loved. I also fell in love with My husband and I were looking for a used Toyota Tacoma, and Nissan of Greer just happened to have one that my husband loved. I also fell in love with a 2014 3.5 SL. And we ended up buying both. The staff was extremely helpful during the buying process, but from the day we drove off the lot with our TWO new vehicles we have been beyond unhappy with the service. The salesmen only care about making a sale and then they treat you AWFUL. My husband had the truck for less than ONE month and then it started to hesitate when you would push the gas. He drove the truck to Nissan of Greer and told our salesman (Matt Whittaker) about the issue. A service man then came up front and looked at the truck and said we were using the wrong type of fuel and to switch to premium. (Even though the manual does NOT call for that). My husband then explained to the serviceman that we were heading to Mrytle Beach in two days and wanted to make sure the truck was safe to drive and the serviceman said yes. Well on our way to vacation, we made it ONE hour before the truck started hesitating A LOT. The truck was extremely dangerous to drive because sometimes it would just surge forwards or you would be driving 50mph and then all of a sudden drop to 0mph while pushing the gas. We could have been KILLED on the highway, even though Nissan of Greer said it was "safe to drive." We called Nissan of Greer and they said to take it to Dick Dyer Toyota Dealership in Columbia, SC. Toyota had the BEST customer service and helped us with our vehicle. However, Nissan of Greer would not help us at all because there was no warranty on the truck. But when we bought the truck I specifically asked if anything happened within the first few weeks would Nissan do anything. Jose and Matt BOTH said they were an "honorable" company and would fix the mechanical issue. Well my husband and I sat stranded in Columbia, SC with a broken truck and Nissan of Greer refused to help at all. After yelling and screaming over the phone for hours, George Watson agreed to get us a rental car for the week so we could head on to vacation. We ended up with a 2000 dollar bill from Toyota because the Supercharger on the truck was BAD and had to be taken off. Nissan of Greer had to of known about the issue because the truck had been taken in to Toyota dealership THREE times in the previous few months for the same issue. Well, we finally have our truck back from Toyota and were beyond pleased with Toyota's work, unlike Nissan's. On top of all that, Toyota could never get in touch with George Watson for him to pay the rental car bill, so we ended up getting stuck with paying the bill in order to take our truck home. Toyota said every time they called George he was either "busy" or would tell them to call later. And when they finally got in touch with him he acted like the phone disconnected. My husband tried getting the money back from George last Saturday and he told us to come back TODAY. I have little hope that we will even get our money back for the rental car. This Company is beyond disgusting and I recommend NO ONE EVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM NISSAN OF GREER. In fact I tell at least one person a day to stay away from this company, because I don't even wish my worst enemy to have to go through the hassle I've been through with Nissan of Greer. I also wanted to mention several of the people at Nissan of Greer. Matt Whittaker is Jose the floor manager are SNEAKY and TOLD ME LIES. The used cars man, Scott, yelled and cursed at me on the phone when I was stranded in Columbia and the only thing he would say is "NO WARRANTY," over and over again. George Watson, refused to help except pay for my rental car and even Dick Dyer Toyota complained to ME about his behavior of not answering/retuning their phone calls. Plus my husband went to speak to him in person, and he kept answering phone calls in the middle of speaking to my husband. He was rude and disrespectful. Lastly, Bo is the only person there that tried to help us. He was polite, well-mannered and try to do anything he could. More

After 40 minutes of silly games trying to get me to take way-too-low offers on my truck (before they had even given it an actual appraisal), and my wife and I being ready to leave, the used car manager took my truck out for a spin leaving my family and me stranded at the dealership for 22 minutes. Apparently he thought that by not letting me leave I would decide on succumbing to an offer. I did not get even an apology. He could not even look me in the eye when he finally handed back to me my keys. When the dealership called me later to ask about my visit I told them what happened and have not heard from them since - not surprised. More
