Dishonest salesperson I drove from Columbia up to the dealership after calling to ask all details associated with the vehicle I was purchasing I was told everything is in w I drove from Columbia up to the dealership after calling to ask all details associated with the vehicle I was purchasing I was told everything is in working order. In the middle of making the deal Marcus came over to tell me "by the way the AC has a small leak in it from one of the hoses. Nothing major just needs a hose we were going to take it to the Ford dealer but they were booked up". I asked twice, "just a hose right?" and was assured of that twice. When he walked away my salesman Thomas and I were discussing things and I was again told it was a small leak. I asked for the work order and was told it would be provided for me the next day to show which hose was needing replacement. Got the truck home to find out there were some small issues that I replaced already, however much to my surprise when I got the work orders it says "AC inop again, has a gross leak need to send to d&d ford". So once I take it to have it checked out guess what it needs a compressor, and that's $1k fix to get the compressor and labor to install it. I can not imagine this is standard operating procedure for your dealership and Marcus is the reason people hate salesmen because he is as dishonest as they come. Do not deal with him!! To date I have a tire that's not holding air, a windshield washer nozzle that's broken, 2 AC vents that are broken, and the AC compressor that's leaking. I understand I bought a used vehicle and don't expect perfection but had I known all of this I would have expected a better deal. This is why I bought from a dealership and not a buy here pay here but that's how I got treated. More

Awesome place to buy!!! Was only there to get oil change done on my husbands 370Z and I met Michael, one of the salesman, he was great! And since I had time to browse I did!
