My sales was done on a Sunday and my car is perfect with the exception of car mats. Just really don’t understand why they would sell a car without mats. I will start by saying Justin Ching, Josh in finance and Terry the GM were wonderful to work with. However, the overall experience has been pretty terrible. I've been calling and emailing for weeks in reference to how they didn't even pay off my loan that was rolled into my new car. They were supposed to put in paperwork to have my license plates transferred. They didn't and then they waited until two days prior to the thirty day tags to even submit my paper work to DMV, leaving me personally in a bind as I was in the process of moving and needed my plates. I bought two cars, one of which is still having issues with the A/C mind you these were both brand new, so they shouldn't have any problems at all. Basically although I liked the team of people who seemed really nice, I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone and I will never be back. The most important pieces were not handled well at all. Found a Nissan Rogue listed for $15,789 through Capital One. I wanted to double check the price so I used their text service on their website. Was sent a link confirming the vehicle AND price. I talked to 2 different people through text and neither told me I then called the dealership to confirm and ask to start the process of financing online since we live 4 hours away. Filled out the application and was told I would be contacted later that day. Never heard back. Tried calling all day Friday and was either hung up on or I left messages that weren’t returned. We still decided to make the drive today for our 10:30 appointment Saturday to see the vehicle. We test drove it and sat down to fill out paperwork and the price we were given was SIGNIFICANTLY more. I showed him the price I was given, that was confirmed multiple times BY THEM. They refused to honor the price. They did give us half a tank of gas but that only covered the drive one way and I’ve now wasted my Saturday and still do not have a vehicle. Highly recommend NOT buying your vehicle through them, their customer service is TERRIBLE. More
