I was looking for an HHR and they had one that I was going to purchase. They worked hard to get me the pricing I needed. They took care of some other Issues as well that were important to me. Numerous purchases, and I won't go anywhere else. It's a family place, and they have earned my lifetime business through being honest, respectful people, who approach business differently. They don't just want to sell you one car, then say good riddance. They want to earn your business for the future by giving you a quality product at a good (maybe not always lowest) price. If you treat them right, they will do the same. I'm not even a Mopar/RAM/Dodge fan, but when I have had any rare issues, they have literally bent over backwards for me. Like the time I put ethanol in my car when it had under 100 miles on it, and they came and got it, and took care of it, giving me a loaner in the meantime.....you just don't find people like this nowadays. Get the TOTAL Repair Cost I needed a new heater core. Erwin quoted $950 total to install a new OEM replacement, including shop fees and taxes. After I dropped it off, they ca I needed a new heater core. Erwin quoted $950 total to install a new OEM replacement, including shop fees and taxes. After I dropped it off, they called and said they had a NAPA (aftermarket) unit. I knew that the OEM unit was $329 and the NAPA unit was $66.49. After I prompted them, they gave me a revised quote of $710, which reasonably reflected the difference in price for the part, so I gave the OK. After the job was done, my bill was $808 ($98 more than quoted). On the invoice, they showed the job was $729 including parts, but then they added shop fees and taxes on top of that. I guess they were going to get their money one way or another. Never assume their revised estimate is a total. More
