We bought our 2018 F150 in for inspection. I have been driving for over (30) years and have never had a dealership fail me for inspection because of my window tint being too dark. This is the excuse that I received from Ertle after waiting for over (1) hour. After leaving the Ertle dealership, I actually went to a Police station on Rte 611 and asked them about the window tint being too dark. The officer that I spoke to informed me that I should have never been failed by a dealership for having windows tints too dark especially since I bought the vehicle like that. He also said that If I was pulled over and the officer decided that my windows were too dark that I would be ticketed for that reason. I would never refer anyone too Ertle nor would I purchase another vehicle from them. More

I went in for a routine oil change and check-up on a Friday afternoon, with a much needed mini vacation looming on Tuesday. When Tiffany Entler gave me the news I needed a slew of major work $$$$, I wa Friday afternoon, with a much needed mini vacation looming on Tuesday. When Tiffany Entler gave me the news I needed a slew of major work $$$$, I was not happy. They put me in a loaner, with the hope that the car would be finished on Monday, it wasn't. As I was beginning to panic, Tiffany called and told me they wanted me to take the loaner on our trip, as we were good customers (we had bought our car there). All was ultimately just fine, and the loaner got a trip to Cape Cod. Tiffany saved our trip and we were most grateful. More
