Denny, When we arrived at 9am, the vehicle was not at the dealership. It did not arrive until 10am. At that point, we did consider another vehicle. However, by 11am we were ready to move forward with the original vehicle. We then waited 1.5 hours for you to check MT fees (which could have been done in the two days prior) and get the paperwork together. It was very clear that you did not have the paperwork ready as I had requested. I agree, 1 hour was us looking at other vehicles ... but that still leaves 2.5 hours that you spent prepping paperwork that should have already been completed. It was a clear disrespect of our time.
