Always very professional and courteous. They keep me updated with the progress in a timely manner. I only service my cars here. From the first price inquiry, to all of my random questions, negotiations, a slight license late debacle, financing queries and everything in between, David took care of me the whole way. The best part was no high pressure sale pitch tactics, everything was very explained and almost laid back. David never made me feel bad for asking a question or trying to knock something off the price and going back and forth, never made me feel rushed and provided one of the best sales experiences I've ever had. He made sure I felt like I got my money's worth of what I was paying for, for a price I felt was not only fair, but that I got a great deal. 12/10 would recommend this guy to anyone in the market for any type of vehicle Ertle sells and will definitely be my first call if/when I'm in the market again.
