BEST DEALER EXPERIENCE IN A LONG LONG TIME!!! Dealt on a vehicle over the phone. Was never pressured to "stop in and discuss". Never felt pressured at all during the whole process. Drove an hour to get to EVS Random Lake. Showed up, signed papers, and we were on the road. Alex showed us all of the features on our new vehicle in great detail. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and knew the product they were selling. Looking forward to doing business with Alex in the future. More

Not so impressed with finance not being up front with the numbers on the lease. Feel like there were discounts that we were not given since the advertised price was not met until after our trade was added in. More

The service department at EVS is wonderful! They are friendly, value my time by being on time with appointments, value my money by keeping track of my "ford service dollars" which is a credit on my curr friendly, value my time by being on time with appointments, value my money by keeping track of my "ford service dollars" which is a credit on my current bill, plus they gave me a discount for buying 2 batteries for my F450. This dealership is interested in helping people get a great vehicle. They gave a me a good price for my trade in. Other dealers aren't doing that. The whole experience was positive.
