They Scratched My Truck Dropped my truck off for an oil change, when we picked it up there was a scratch on to of the fender. my truck only had 16000 miles on it. The sevice manager never intrduced himself or even made eye contact (ie; rude). He reluctanly said they would fix it but I can' trust them to do a good job... would you? More

Secrets This January I traveled two hours to pick up a 2005 Chevy Silverado. I made calls, and emails throughout the week prior to driving up to get the truck This January I traveled two hours to pick up a 2005 Chevy Silverado. I made calls, and emails throughout the week prior to driving up to get the truck. INCLUDING calling 2 hours prior to showing up. However the moment we step in we are informed that an individual had stopped by to test drive 5 minutes earlier! ONLY then does the salesman tell us that it is a first come first serve deal. NEVER once did he mention the first come first serve policy until the moment we stepped into the dealership. This dealership hides from their customers. Also to prove this statement, we asked if we could talk to the manager and after waiting AN HOUR the manager comes and tells us that the car has sold. They never once apologized, never once told us that they double booked the appointment, this dealership treats their customers poorly. DO NOT BUY FROM! More

Chevy service I have not purchased my Chevy from this dealer, but back home from Chicago.
