Frame damaged Car I went to this dealer because they had a really low price on a 2015 Prius, they showed me a Carfax that showed no accident history that was a about 3 I went to this dealer because they had a really low price on a 2015 Prius, they showed me a Carfax that showed no accident history that was a about 3 weeks old, when I went home I ran my own Carfax and it showed the car was sold at auction 3 weeks back and it was announced as having Structural damage, beware of this dealer. Great value on a car but shady/questionable practices Initially we were excited to feel we were getting a great deal on a vehicle. (Even though they literally would not negotiate a dollar) It was a retur Initially we were excited to feel we were getting a great deal on a vehicle. (Even though they literally would not negotiate a dollar) It was a returned lemon and we were assured that all repairs were done and that there was even a warranty. We were told they didn't have the warranty that day but would get it and send it to us. We checked back days later and were told it would be emailed to us. I called back a couple weeks after that, and they took my information and said someone would call and they didn't. It has been this same cat and mouse game for 6 weeks now. Still no warranty in hand. Thankfully the car seems to be doing well, but if anything does go wrong, we have no warranty because they seem to be withholding it. Beginning to question if this car was sold under false pretenses. Does a warranty really exist? Very frustrating and extra stress that no one needs. You can find great values on cars elsewhere without the worry of a possible lemon car and whether it is truly covered if anything happens. Shady dealership. More

First, when his back was turned and out of ear shot, they tacked on around $800 plus for tinting the windows-she NEVER requested that. When we get it home and she has driven it for about three weeks, it starts making a noise in the wheel/brake area. Dad looks at it and finds the driver side-front and back-wheel lug nuts are loose on both tires AND the rear wheel has two bolts for the lug nut broke clean off!! No one has touched the tires/wheels since she purchased it!! He tightens them all and she takes it to get an alignment the next day. They inform her the wheel/axel assembly is bad, among other things. If she drove it further, the tire could come off the vehicle at any time, so they cannot do the alignment until the problems are resolved. THIS WAS A DRIVING HAZARD THAT COULD HAVE KILLED OUR DAUGHTER!!! PLEASE research and read these reviews before you attempt this company. I plan on submitting a complaint/review on BBB also. Our daughter may not get any compensation, but hopefully these reviews/complaints will prohibit some others from going to this company. It could save a life! More

Poor customer service I have been trying to get a hold of Equity for some time to resolve some problems regarding receiving my car title. I bought and financed a car throug I have been trying to get a hold of Equity for some time to resolve some problems regarding receiving my car title. I bought and financed a car through them last September and paid off my loan in April. The loan company claims Equity holds the title. It is now August and I have still not gotten my title or any helpful response from employees. Emails and voice messages go unanswered and on the rare occasion that I have talked to a person, they didn't know what was going on and said they'd have to look into it and have not responded. I have had to file a complaint with the BBB. I am very unsatisfied with my experience at Equity and would not recommend it to anyone. More

BEWARE! These people and the management turned from very nice people to CAR SALES people(not nice). I was told I HAD to put five peoples information down for a backup loan, I refused. I was told by the sales girl the vehicle hadn't been in any accidents, it had! I had bought this vehicle and I was overcharged for the license, lied to and put in a Gestapo type situation. I was coerced into signing a waiver to not report them to the BBB or he would NOT give me my refund check and sue me. I did this under DURESS.The manager told me I didn't have a first amendment right. Some one needs to report this so called dealership. How many other people have they fictitiously overcharged fees and didn't tell them? Then they force you to pay $600 for window tint. If anyone needs me to sign a petition against this place just contact me. I may legally not contact the BBB but I can file complaints everywhere else. I plan on writing a letter to the Arizona States Attorneys office. I would not by air from these people. I wouldn't have bought a vehicle from them had I only known what I know now. More

When came in with cash signed all the paperwork stopped at end sales manager left and accused us of deception even tho we were overly forward with the issues and said they needed another $1000 after all the paper work was signed and check for full amount of car was in hand. My recommendation stay clear of this dealer. More
