I was told I had 3 mm of pads and needed my rotors resurfaced. However, when I took my car to get the brakes checked by the people who had done them previously, they verified that they were actually resurfaced. My service person Derrick called me to status me on my car. I never had to call in to ask questions or ask for the status. Everyone at the dealership was polite and friendly. Dealership declined to work on my truck because of my aftermarket lighting. They didn't test main battery on truck but said low voltage. I had to call twice to check on the status of my truck before ge aftermarket lighting. They didn't test main battery on truck but said low voltage.
